Conversation in Clouds
When I was painting this earlier this fall, I kept looking up (at the clouds) and then at my painting. And, as you know, those clouds are always on the go. So I finished this first one from my imagination. And it delighted me to see two clouds having a conversation. Here’s a closer look.

Here’s another gift idea to consider. If you decide you would like two of these cloud paintings all matted and framed, I have them available with a Holiday Special price of 2 for $90 + NC Sales tax of 7.25%. And, if you think you’d like three? That’s possible too. This could be your perfect gift idea, yes? I love how they look “dressed up” in their mats and contemporary natural wood frames. I look forward to hearing from you here if you think this fits as a wonderful, timeless gift of original art this Holiday Season

A Holiday Question for You
Are you a Holiday shopping planner or procrastinator, gentle reader? I’m curious! Why? I have fond memories of my dad racing off to do his Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve. Yes, he certainly was the King of Procrastinators when it came to gift shopping. And, I can almost guarantee you, he wasn’t dashing off to buy presents for me and my five siblings that day (YIPES!!) He always managed to find a wonderful something for my mom even though it was very last minute.
The result? I like looking wayyyy before December 24th. And, if I’m lucky, I’ll find a thing that works for everyone (embarrassing fact: last year I got everyone Holiday sock koozies. I thought it was such a cool idea. Ya? No! ;-D) This year? Well, we’re keeping things simple. Why? I shared last week, that our beloved dog, Chloe, had an unexpected surgery. And, it was much more complicated ($$$) than anticipated. We are super grateful though. The sparkle in her eyes has returned and she is back savoring dog biscuits daily. Yay!

Thank you for joining me on this creative and colorful journey. Please share which shopping team you prefer (team procrastinator or team planner) in the comments below. I look forward to hearing from you!

I try to be the planner but lapse into procrastinator mode very easily. Oops! I need to get offa here and order some Xmas presents!
So glad Chloe is alright.
